“Performance Rebuild” Beehive Spring Kit Only for Suzuki® GSX-R1000 2005-’08 #60-60950

By taking advantage of the latest development in valve spring wire chemistry and manufacturing techniques, KPMI® has developed “Beehive” style springs that will meet or exceed the expectations of a high output GSX-R1000 racing engines.
Our high quality replacement Beehive valve springs have been designed to fit precisely on the spring shoulder diameter of both the OEM retainers, and KPMI® H.T. Steel retainers (P/N 60-60941). This kit also includes H.T. Steel basewashers in order to achieve the same precision fitment with our beehive spring which better controls the lateral motion of the spring, ensuring longer life and less wear on the spring, retainer, and basewasher.

KPMI® manufactures these fully machined radius bead keepers from high tensile steel and then heat treat them to a specific hardness for strength and durability. Close attention to details such as taper angle, ID, OD, and width insure proper, repeatable fitment and assembly locations. These keepers are designed to replace the 10° OEM keepers, and they are compatible with the OEM 10° retainers or KPMI retainers, and OEM or KPMI valves with OEM style radius groove and stock stem diameters for this application. They undergo a Black Oxide treatment to resist corrosion and give a good appearance.

KTM® SX-F / XC-F 250™ 2013-2015 Lightweight Racing Spring Kit and Components

The KPMI® KTM® SX-F / XC-F250 spring kit includes dual springs designed with attention given to their natural frequencies and cam harmonics. Also, the retainers were FEA designed to take advantage of the increased strength and wear resistance of a heat treated steel retainer, while reducing its mass to within grams of a comparable titanium retainer. This lightweight performance kit offers more pressure than stock and is capable of handling higher RPM and aggressive cam profiles with up to .450” valve lift.

These Black Diamond™ valves for the SX-F / XC-F250 were designed by KPMI® to achieve excellent flow characteristics. They are lightweight, one piece forged and made from high strength and durable 21-4N stainless steel. Both valves are available with standard head diameters, or call for customs sizes.

The KPMI® alloy-C630 nickel bronze valve guides have been designed for high lift cams and maximum wearability. Other characteristics are thermal transfer, which allows for a cooler running valve and running true to the seat.

High Gear Bushing for Triumph® Pre Unit 500/ 650 1950-1962 / Unit Construction 650 1963-1972

•  The unique two piece design combined with superior surface finish allow for easier installation by reducing press 
    force and distance
•  A “lead” or small reduced diameter on the end of each bushing allows the bushing to sit secure and square in the 
    gear bore before pressing. See Figure 1 below.
•  Once installed, a gap between the two bushings creates a convenient oil pooling reservoir

Yamaha® YZ™ 450F 2014-2016 Lightweight Racing Spring Kit and Components

The KPMI® Yamaha® YZ 450F 2014-2015 spring kit includes dual springs designed with attention given to their natural frequencies and cam harmonics. Also, the retainers were FEA designed to allow our engineers to lighten the retainer without sacrificing strength. This lightweight performance kit offers more pressure than stock and is capable of handling higher RPM and aggressive cam profiles with up to .450” valve lift.

These Black Diamond™ valves for the YZ 450F were designed by KPMI® to achieve excellent flow characteristics. They are lightweight, one piece forged and made from high strength and durable 21-4N stainless steel. Both valves are available with standard head diameters, or call for customs sizes.
